MANUAL CLEANING
This is a cosmetic treatment performed to thoroughly cleanse mainly the skin of the face, neckline and back. The treatment consists primarily of manual removal of blackheads and other impurities accumulating under the skin. However, the entire treatment also consists of many other activities that are designed to improve cleansing.
WHO IS THE CLEANSING TREATMENT INTENDED FOR?
This treatment is especially recommended for people with oily, combination and acne skin. However, cleansing should not be performed on people with sensitive and vascular skin.

WHAT DOES MANUAL CLEANING TREATMENT LOOK LIKE?
The treatment begins with initial cleansing of the skin, i.e. make-up removal, followed by a peeling to remove calloused epidermis. Then you need to loosen the skin. For this purpose, a special mask is applied to the face and a stream of water vapor is directed at it, which will expand the pores. The skin prepared in this way can be manually cleansed. It involves manually removing (i.e. squeezing) blackheads and pimples. Some lesions, such as milia, cannot be removed by pressing, which is why the treatment also uses disposable needles. After cleaning, the skin should be disinfected with appropriate preparations and darsonvalization performed (a treatment with a bactericidal effect). The next stage is to apply a soothing mask that will calm the skin after an intensive treatment. Finally, an appropriate protective cream is applied. It is worth mentioning that during manual facial cleansing, you can also perform iontophoresis or galvanization.
FREQUENCY
In the case of acne-prone and heavily polluted skin, cleansing should be performed on average every 4 weeks. However, people with oily or combination skin are recommended to perform the treatment less frequently (every 6-8 weeks).
If a patient struggles with papulopustular acne accompanied by inflammatory changes, it is recommended to combine manual facial cleansing with laser therapy available in our clinic. Combined therapy will help to cure the disease efficiently and effectively.
