What is VIVACE?

VIVACE® treatment is an innovative, safe and precise method of skin lifting without a scalpel. It is a long-awaited alternative to aggressive, fractional laser rejuvenation and lifting treatments with a short (1-2 days) recovery period. VIVACE® is currently the only device on the aesthetic market that provides a 3D spatial effect of skin firming thanks to multi-point action on its subsequent layers.

VIVACE is a skin rejuvenation device using the technique of precise RF microneedle fractionation (depth from 0.5 mm to 3.5 mm) with LED combination therapy, i.e. thanks to thermo lifting - i.e. microneedling and heating of the skin using radio waves, the skin is thickened and firmed . RF energy is delivered through microneedle electrodes directly to the dermis, resulting in the production of new collagen and elastin. The minimally invasive skin rejuvenation system has gold, partially insulated microneedle tips that affect the dermis without damaging the epidermis. During the procedure, a matrix of sterile microneedles is used. The resulting network of microscopic damage in the skin stimulates the production of new collagen. The micro-channels created in the skin can be used for deep application of active substances - it is recommended to use a serum with the addition of vitamin A and C. The special head of the VIVACE BTL device has as many as 36 microneedles, the tips of which are heated after piercing the skin. Thanks to the use of heat, collagen fibers are stimulated to regenerate faster. How long does the VIVACE treatment take?

The procedure may take from 1 hour to 2 hours, depending on the size of the treatment area. The time required to prepare the procedure should be added, i.e. the treatment area is anesthetized with Emla cream and the patient must anesthetize for 30-45 minutes.

How many treatments are needed?

The best effects are achieved after a series of treatments consisting of 4 series repeated every 4 weeks to achieve the intended effect.

How long does the effect last?

VIVACE treatment causes immediate tightening of the collagen structure and then further changes over time. The VIVACE procedure ensures a long-lasting effect, supported by clinical studies, which estimate that it lasts for at least 3 years. However, the durability of the results is influenced by the patient's age, skin condition and lifestyle after the procedure. The refreshing treatment can be repeated about a year. Then we perform 1 treatment. After 3 years, the entire series should be repeated, i.e. 4 treatments.

What feelings can the patient expect after the procedure?

Immediately after the treatment with the VIVACE system, the patient may feel the tightening of the skin, which becomes smoother and younger. Greater effects are noticed over time.

When will the effects be visible?

Published clinical studies by VIVACE show that measurable improvement in skin tightening occurs immediately after treatment and then gradually stabilizes over a period of 2 - 6 months after 4 treatments. However, many patients observed a change already after 3 months.

How should I prepare for the procedure?

The VIVACE procedure does not require any special preparations. You can return to normal life activities immediately after the procedure.

Immediately after the VIVACE treatment, skin redness persists for several hours, while the skin itself heals within 24 - 48 hours. The patient immediately feels the tension of the skin, the so-called lifting effect. The skin is more delicate. The results of the VIVACE treatment are delicate, natural-looking and do not require the recovery period that occurs with surgery.
